• Goods will be shipped within 48 hours for domestic and 72 hours for international after payment confirmation received.
• Tracking number will be advised via email for tracking purpose.
• All items will be sent via Pos Malaysia.
• Delivery timeframe will be affected if payment confirmation received fall on holiday or weekend.

Exchange Policy:
Just Bead is committed to produce and deliver quality products to your satisfaction. But in any case of dissatisfaction with any item you have purchased, kindly mail it back to us with the Original Packaging within 7 days upon reception. We will honor your request for an exchange or refund. (excluding freight charge).

1. Each item purchased can only be exchanged once.
2. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag. The condition of the item must be in an unaltered state by registered mail/courier service.
3. Just Bead will not responsible for the shipping charge of the return items.
4. Returned item may be exchanged for one that is of lower, equal or higher value. For item that is lower in price, there will be no refunds. For item that is higher in price, you will require to pay for the difference.
